4. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, solely for your business’s internal billing and invoicing purposes.
Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law.
- Using the App to violate any law, regulation, tax rule, or third-party rights.

5. User Content & Data
You are solely responsible for the information you input into the App (e.g., products, invoices, customer data). You represent that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Unless otherwise stated, your business data is stored locally on your device. Backups or cloud storage features (if enabled by you) may transfer data to services you choose. You are responsible for managing backups and export of your data.
6. Third‑Party Services & Hardware
The App may interact with third‑party services (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting) and hardware (e.g., Bluetooth printers, barcode scanners). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services or devices.
7. Payments, Taxes & Invoices
If the App or certain features are offered on a paid basis (e.g., subscriptions, in‑app purchases), you agree to pay the stated fees and applicable taxes. Prices and features may change; where required, we will provide notice. You are responsible for compliance with tax laws applicable to your business and for the accuracy of your invoices.

The App requests certain permissions strictly to enable features:

You can revoke permissions in Android settings. Some features may not function without required permissions.
9. Updates & Changes to the App

10. Support
We may provide support via in‑app channels or email. Response times are not guaranteed. Certain support features may require an active subscription or the latest app version.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer/company behind ZapBill and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, cause harm, or where required by law. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where required, provide additional notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
